Hello. Stop by Hoa Nam and get a maxi roast pork sandwich, like I used to. It was good. It might be better with some sauce in the sandwich.

This place is an institution. Their bread is closer to French baguette, not as airy and light as Vietnamese baguette but I think that has its own charm (and that's how I've grown up eating it). They have a big variety of Bánh Mì. I had their spicy Spécial Vietnamien (Bánh Mì Đặc Biệt) and it was absolutely delicious!! Crazy how they keep the prices so low too!

This caterer offers several specialties, ranging from banh mi to Asian rotisserie. I ordered a banh mi with roast pork. I had asked for it without chili, but the person making the sandwich had added a little. Luckily, I was able to remove it. A classic banh mi, and quite good.

I've been coming here for 20 years, I cross all of Paris just for this. It's the best Asian caterer in the 13th arrondissement.

Their vegetarian banh mi with tofu are very good, much better than the ones across the street! Overall, I was very satisfied. I say "in the past tense" because I go there much less often since the big price increase for the banh mi.

The cuisine is generous, fragrant, and true to traditional recipes—the Pad Thai and green curry are simply divine. You can taste the family expertise and passion passed down for over 40 years. The service is as welcoming and attentive as ever. A rare and precious find.
