Pleasant surprise during my visit to Châlons. Very good, plentiful and inexpensive. Efficient and discreet service.

Order for delivery. Disappointment with the chirachi salmon tartare, it is not a real tartare but just diced salmon and avocado placed without seasoning on the rice.

We came to eat for 3 people on Friday evening and we highly recommend this restaurant, the atmosphere is warm and the dishes are delicious. From the fried noodles to the soup and sushi, everything was perfect, the waitress was very friendly and professional.

Not really an authentic place. Sushi with mayo is not everyone's thing. Everything fried to the point you have no idea what's inside.

We discovered this restaurant 6 years ago and we haven’t gotten tired of it since. For us without a doubt the best sushi restaurant in the region! We have since moved and don't hesitate to travel when we want sushi to come to Hoki sushi! Always very well received, smiling. The quality of the products is there. Would not change a thing. Rapide, nourriture correcte, poisson frais, pas mal pour un lunch rapide sur la place principale de Chalons. Resto sans prétention.
