HOKKAIDO sur Rouen

We've been going there for a long time and we're never disappointed so...we're going back!

We've had the Hokkaido menu several times now, and what a delight! The chef is very talented, everything is delicious, from fish to meat. Today the chef wasn't there, it was someone else and it was also delicious. Well done

The kitchen is very good. I enjoyed myself. On the other hand, the waitress forgot to ask us if we were taking rice from the menu. So I waited a long time for it. And the rice finally arrived too late.

I went to this restaurant with high expectations, especially because of the reputation of their food. Indeed, the dishes were delicious, but unfortunately, this was not enough to compensate for the terrible service. We stayed more than an hour and 40 minutes for 5 people. The waitress twice forgot to bring us the shrimp we had ordered, and even failed to ask us about the rice which was included in the menu. Each request seemed like a mountain, and despite several reminders, service remained extremely slow and disorganized. In short, if you have a lot of time on your hands and a large dose of patience, you might be able to enjoy their good cuisine. But for my part, it is an experience that I do not wish to repeat. The service really needs to be reviewed!

Excellent food in an excellent restaurant. The chef does incredible work and cooks to perfection. We tested the Wagyu fondue, a unique taste to try in Rouen.

I am changing my rating on the service having visited the restaurant in September. The cuisine is always excellent, the chef himself comes to present the dishes to us On the other hand, the service that evening was terrible: we called the waitress several times for the same thing; the plates are taken away from us while we are still eating, the waitresses complain about the customers and their work out loud… In short, a remarkable lack of professionalism and incompetence

For once, real ramen. Delicious, tasty, nothing to complain about. Perfect staff and what's more, explanations of dishes and recipes from the boss, I loved it. I'll go back without a problem, come on too.

Superb discovery with menus that are different from the ordinary. The cook came to present his dish to us. Everything was delicious.
