HOKKAIDO sur Rouen

I count my calories every day. An app found this restaurant for me by analyzing a photo of my meal. This ramen is high in protein and the portion is just right. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is efficient.

I came here yesterday, and the staff were very nice and friendly. I tried the teppanyaki seafood set , and it was so delicious! Really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it. 😊

We've been coming regularly for years and it's always just as good. I highly recommend the sushi menu, which is much more varied than a typical French salmon menu. A big thank you to the chef, who is always very kind and pleasant!

I discovered this restaurant in 2022, and since then I've enjoyed returning occasionally to savor their specialty, teppanyaki, on special occasions. It's a shame that some reviews focus exclusively on other dishes :/ and that people dare to claim the staff isn't Japanese when they are! The staff is very friendly and has always done their best to please everyone on each of our visits 🙏 and I definitely plan to return soon. I'm very happy with the teppanyaki and I'm happy to serve you.

His expertise shines through in each of his creations, executed with precision and consistency. On the plate, the freshness of the ingredients is immediately apparent. The fish is of excellent quality, the cuts are precise, and each preparation perfectly highlights the flavors. The mastery is unwavering, never succumbing to trends: here, the product is at the heart of the experience. After all these years, the pleasure remains undiminished. This consistency, both in the quality of the cuisine and the service, is rare enough to be worth highlighting. Hokkaido is a true gem in Rouen, an establishment that remains true to itself and where one always returns with the same pleasure. Remember to book on Friday and Saturday evenings.
