The fish is of excellent quality, the cuts are precise, and each preparation perfectly highlights the flavors. The mastery is unwavering, never succumbing to trends: here, the product is at the heart of the experience. After all these years, the pleasure remains undiminished. This consistency, both in the quality of the cuisine and the service, is rare enough to be worth highlighting.
