First of all, the food is incredible. I've been to several restaurants, but this one is far ahead of the others in terms of service, food again, and price. There's a clear difference between Hong Kong 3 and the others. How can this be explained?

The real highlight for me was the chili oil sauce. The flavor was incredible—spicy, fragrant, and perfectly balanced—and it paired with the dumplings so well that I kept going back for more. That combination alone is worth the visit. Quick, casual, and delicious. If you love dumplings, this place is a must.
