Vietnamese food is super delicious

My favorite Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Toulouse. The owner is a sweetheart, and I've been going there for over eight years and have never been disappointed. There's often a wait because there are only a few people in the kitchen and he's the only one serving, but it's worth it. I go back every time. The mini menu is excellent value for money.

All the dishes were generously portioned. The stir-fried beef and dim sum were delicious.

On top of that, the service was impressively fast, which made everything feel efficient yet still relaxed. As for the food, I ordered the Cantonese rice, the chef’s chicken, and a selection of dim sum. The Cantonese rice was exactly what you’d hope for—flavorful, well-balanced, and cooked perfectly with that slightly smoky, savory touch. The chef’s chicken was a standout: tender, juicy, and coated in a rich sauce that brought everything together beautifully. The dim sum were also a highlight—fresh, delicate, and full of flavor. Each piece felt thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to enjoy and even easier to order more. Overall, it’s a place that combines great food with excellent service.
