Hop Seng sur Toulouse

One of the best east Asian restaurants in European countries considering the price, menu, taste, service. Has legit taste with very reasonable price and the owner is really nice and agile. Tried mapo tofu, Bun Thit Nuong. Both were really good. I will visit again next time if I visit Toulouse.

A very good restaurant with excellent value for money. There is indeed a wait, but the service is pleasant. The only downside is that some customers are watching videos at a very high volume in the dining room, which is unpleasant.

World class food, amazing service and genuine hospitality. Avoid the French food and come here when in Toulouse, (no offense France love your cuisine) here you can have a top end culinary experience at reasonable prices. Merci, thank you and 謝謝!

The food is delicious. I wasn't so lucky with the service, as I got a tired/stressed person which, to be fair, happens to the best of us. The food does take some time, but all good things take time, I guess. The restroom was clean, which indicates that there is a concern for hygiene in the premises, and that's important. I'll be coming back, but having in mind that the food does take some time to be served.

Excellent Chinese restaurant, very authentic and true to the flavors found in Asia. The dishes are prepared on-site and homemade, which is immediately apparent in the quality and taste. The traditional aspect and authenticity of the cuisine are truly appreciated. Service can sometimes vary depending on the time of day and how busy it is, but this is more than compensated for by the quality of the food. A true culinary journey, with rich and typical flavors that I love. I highly recommend it!

It was great, the waiter was very friendly, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was excellent, and the dishes were very, very good. The dining room is small, but that wasn't a problem. I recommend booking on weekend evenings, otherwise you don't need to.

The restaurant offers excellent value for money. A great place to eat in Toulouse. And it's always a pleasure to go back.

Vietnamese food is super delicious

My favorite Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Toulouse. The owner is a sweetheart, and I've been going there for over eight years and have never been disappointed. There's often a wait because there are only a few people in the kitchen and he's the only one serving, but it's worth it. I go back every time. The mini menu is excellent value for money.
