Hey, congratulations to the whole team! Lunch with colleagues during a business trip. We ordered three daily specials, and we said we were in a hurry. They explained they were operating with reduced service due to the holidays. But they gave it their all, absolutely fantastic! And they didn't neglect the quality of the food, the attentive service, or the French-style service. Thank you, it's a pleasure to eat at your place. I highly recommend this great spot in Delle. I apologize, but I didn't take any pictures of the dishes this time, but it was so delicious!

The service was very good, but it's a shame the veal was overcooked… and the sauce was far too runny! The macaron was definitely not fresh, which is a real shame.

Finding a restaurant that won't break the bank for lunch on Bastille Day isn't always easy, but we managed it (almost by chance). There were eight of us on a motorcycle road trip, and we stumbled upon the Hostellerie des Remparts. With a name like that, we were expecting rather high prices. We were pleasantly surprised by their special Bastille Day menu, which was delicious and very reasonably priced (around €25, I think, without wine). The welcome was friendly, the service excellent, and we had a lovely time before hitting the road again. One small point: we sat inside because of the heat. The shaded terrace looked inviting, but the music playing there quickly changed our minds (it was a bit too loud). So, I wanted to share this place with you. Keep up the good work!

A very pleasant setting with a quiet terrace. Impeccable service, very professional and friendly staff. The daily menu is unbeatable in terms of both price and quality. The appetizers were a nice touch with the aperitif. I highly recommend it.

For a birthday celebration, a meal brought two families together. Verdict: it was nearly perfect! The food and presentation were top-notch. The service was discreet and efficient. The place is very welcoming for groups. The thoughtful touches were much appreciated. They adapted effectively to the guests. Frankly, we had a wonderful time at this establishment, which is definitely worth a visit.

A very nice restaurant. The lunch menu was delicious. The local Alsatian wines by the glass were excellent. The service was friendly and competent. We will definitely come back.

Disappointed by the behavior of a waitress who spoke rudely to her customers. The morel sauce appetizer was watery, with no cream and no flavor. The rest of the meal was mediocre. In short, we won't be back. Avoid it.

The menu was excellent, just one drawback: the staff were friendly, it's a shame their attire was so sloppy (unironed grey shirts don't look very clean). A restaurant like this should be impeccable.
