Excellent food, service and ambience. We ate inside and outside as the weather was so good - it’s a perfect place to go if you want to enjoy fabulous food.

Je modifie mon précédent avis car depuis et je remercie Mr Simon, on nous a contacté pour s'excuser de l'oublie du gâteau d'anniversaire. Au final, les plats sont toujours bons, le service (en semaine) pauvre mais nous y retournerons pour donner une autre chance à cet établissement qui, je pense, le mérite.

Very nice hotel with delicious food and kind people

The “romantic” room is large, well appointed and well decorated. But above all the room was exceptionally clean. A completely pleasant break, in a truly relaxing natural setting. The mill bears the remains of the old mechanism, as well as the wheel, visible from the small bar. The staff is welcoming, respectful and friendly, without overdoing it. The dinner was absolutely perfect, the search for flavors is there, the dishes are careful, and it is really delicious. Edit: we went back as a family, new menu, products and cuisine as exceptional as ever. Cocktails prepared by the young man in charge of the bar, and developed by him. In the middle of summer, a perfect setting, a park whose gardener takes exceptional care of it with magnificent roses and many other plants. Well done.

Fantastic hotel with super friendly staff and a top quality 3 course evening dinner menu for €36 that you'd pay double for in Paris. Lovely garden that would be a great évents spot in the summer, river views and within 50m of the Bernay to Broglie cycle path. Only négatives are no aircon and no lift, but these are to be expected in a country house of this age.

We selected Moulin Fouret as our wedding caterer because we knew the excellence of its cuisine and the professionalism of its staff. We have not been disappointed. Respect for the order, which exceeded beyond our expectations anything we could have imagined. At the meal served at the wedding... Incredible meal of uniform quality for 170 people! Our guests were won over, they had never had the experience of plates of this quality! As a bride and groom, we were captivated by the quality of the table service and the beauty of the dishes. We were very well supported by Cédric and Karine, whom we highly recommend to anyone who is still hesitant: take the plunge, you won't regret it!

Beautiful area. The garden is beautiful with several bridges over the water. The restaurant is a bit vintage but the meal is excellent and the staff lovely. I recommend

Had a wonderful family meal here bringing together three generations. The service was excellent, including a passionate defense of Norman interests by the fellow who was looking after our table. Food was excellent, the gardens were beautiful, the staff were attentive and the menu was delightfully inventive. Only caution is that one of our guests is sensitive to peanut and it would seem there was some in the macaroons. Staff assured us that there was no peanut, only almonds but he tolerates almonds, so there must have been a mistake. He had a rough 30 minutes, but recovered with meds. Nb as our family is local to the Moulin Fouret, we did not stay at or see the rooms, only the resto.

Excellent dishes, especially the very original starters and desserts. Magnificent, relaxing place where you can enjoy the park. To recommend.

Star restaurant in the making. Impeccable dish, with enormous upstream work. The service is still young in terms of mastery allowing it to compete with the best but it is not unworthy and it is the story of a season. Enjoy as long as it's not even more difficult to get a table: there is definitely a reason, which you can see once the tasting begins!
