A true paradise. The park, crisscrossed by numerous streams, is magnificent. The building is a tastefully restored former watermill, retaining its old-world charm while offering the comfort of a contemporary touch. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and modern. But the best part: the cuisine. It's clear that it's an art form. The inventiveness of the dishes, the subtlety of the proportions and combinations, the beauty of the presentation—everything makes it an exceptional experience. The cuisine is meticulously planned, precise, and structured. Truly masterful. A very welcome addition.

Our favorite restaurant – a truly unique experience every time we visit! Perfect service with attentive, professional, and friendly waiters! A truly unique and delicious tasting experience – we had the 7-course "Mézeche" menu – simply incredible! A big thank you for everything, and we'll be back very soon!

Thank you for this authentic experience in a warm and welcoming setting. We were greeted by Samuel, who is passionate about his work, just like the kitchen team. Young, yes, but they love what they do. They are promising, and we had the pleasure of chatting with them. What a joy to meet young people so dedicated to their craft! A warm exchange and a bright future await them. We could feel the great atmosphere among them; it's rare, and it did us as much good as savoring these authentic products. Excellent value for money, sublime products. Chef, we also know your other establishment, and it's a sure bet. What a job! Be proud to do this job, which isn't always easy. Congratulations, Chef, on training these young people. We had a truly special time; they are fantastic. Next time, we'll stay overnight. It was wonderful. A thousand thanks for this experience.
