Great hotel for the money. Good service

I wanted to share my opinion on my one-week stay, unfortunately I was not on vacation but visiting a loved one in intensive care in a hospital located near the hotel. I am really satisfied with the week that I was able to spend at the Campanile, my stay there was pleasant and relaxing. The room is very correct and clean, redone every day without the slightest negligence. Breakfast is good and with plenty of choice. And above all, there is real tranquility there. Above all, I would obviously like to thank the entire team who welcomed me during my stay, who are very professional, welcoming, and warm. There for the slightest request for information. It really made my stay easier, and I thank them for that. The only negative point I would find with this hotel is unfortunately the location because it is not served by many shops nearby. If I have to return to Paris, I would obviously come back to this hotel. So maybe see you soon!

For sleeping and showering it is quite good, it is economical to be able to spend three days visiting the city without spending a lot, it was clean and the treatment from the staff was correct without further ado. It is a 15 minute walk from the subway, I would recommend it if you don't mind walking those 15 minutes, Once you take the metro you move around the city very well.

Surprised by the current style renovation but which will quickly become outdated, many shortcomings: lighting in the bathroom is poor, very ugly high and round sink, step of more than 12 cm to enter the shower; torn paper behind the small bathroom light. Lack of light above the...desk. Metal bedside table, noisy and without character; air vent blocked by a “patch” of white paper so as not to see it. The meals are OK but the breakfast is too brief. Only positive point: the staff. Corinne, smiling, at the reception and memory of this hotel; Djellal the bubbly and friendly receptionist; Menad the very serious waiter and Heddi responsible for the breakfasts came to inquire if we needed anything. It is this dynamic, friendly and professional team which makes the reputation of this hotel and which must be kept. Maybe next year.

A good hotel for those who want to get acquainted with the city of Paris without spending a lot of money on accommodation. The price/quality ratio is on the level. Good and responsive service that will solve all your questions if you have them. The staff speaks English, French and even Russian! Quiet location and good access to transportation to Paris.

We booked this hotel for the rugby and so location was important to us and it was about a 40 minute walk from the stade to France stadium and right on the River Seine.  We checked in with ease slightly earlier than 3pm with a room on the 5th floor.  There is only one lift but you can use the stairs too.   The room was advertised with tea and coffee in the room but this wasn't the case and the receptionist wasn't very helpful when we asked for some hot water in the morning but she did eventually give us some.  The bathroom was spacious with a good shower and some toiletries.  We parked outside the hotel but I believe there was parking around the back the road outside was closed at the time we were there.  It served a purpose for us but we didn't have breakfast or use the restaurant.  It's a budget hotel and it was nice enough.

Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix chambres confortables calmes car peu de passage et bien équipées, personnel agréable. Deux limites : hôtel éloigné des transport (métro et RER peu de bus). Restaurant quelconque et un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé.
