Perfect ! Very good meal on a good weekend

Clean and welcoming hotel. Very friendly staff. And the very nice surprise is the restaurant: copious and tasty dishes!

Always a pleasure to pass by the Hôtel de la Poste for our business trips. High quality welcome and equally excellent restaurant.

Reading the comments, we say to ourselves that the hotel and catering industry is still a thankless job, especially in these internet times. I find the comments quite petty in the end compared to our experience. It's really a pleasure to come across this hotel which is not part of one of those too many tasteless chains, with a real soul, with a professional team and with great care for the customer both in terms of the restaurant and the 'hotel. Our room has been redone in the spirit of the place: an atmosphere of history, hangings in shimmering colors, old paintings. It is clean, pleasant and with a well-equipped bathroom (thanks for the real hair dryer and not those horrors hanging on the wall and the jacuzzi-type bubble bath). The price is really fair. The team is attentive and adorable. The breakfast offers a super rich buffet including very good homemade yogurts. The meal in this pretty dining room satisfied us just as much! Tasty dishes, original appetizers (notably these delicious snails which we know from their texture that they don't come from China => thank you, it's been a long time since I've eaten such good ones!). I also recommend the crayfish bisque as a starter... it's the little Jesus in velvet pants as they say. The welcome was also good and professional. In short, in these difficult times, it warms the heart to find family businesses that do their job with passion and conviction. It's so easy to criticize, to pick on the little beast when maintaining this level of quality every day is a priesthood (I say this without being in the profession). So bravo because we don't pay enough tribute.

Very warm welcome, very clean room, hearty breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. The dinner taken on site was tasty, homemade and the service was impeccable. Thank you for the very warm welcome. I recommend.

Arrêté pour le déjeuner le samedi 6 janvier, le chef est seul, il fait un menu unique et limite les clients, nous avons de la chance il nous accepte à deux. Nous avons mangé magnifiquement bien, un cuisine extraordinaire de qualité et surtout cuisiné avec amour. Un service assuré par le chef avec toutes les explications, c'était un très bon moment. Dès que l'on refera la route Napoléon, nous nous arrêterons, ça vaut le détour. Merci encore pour ce magnifique moment.

Very warm welcome and service to be repeated

We have known this hotel for 30 years, whenever possible we take the long journey from central Switzerland to stay in this hotel and of course enjoy the excellent food. That was the case with the predecessor and has not changed with the successor. Probably one of the best restaurants you can find far and wide. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel de la Poste lors d'un pèlerinage vers Notre-Dame de la Salette. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'équipe (adorable), l'hôtel (de caractère), la chambre (tout confort) et le dîner (gourmand). Tout était haut de gamme et réjouissant. Merci infiniment. Nous recommandons cet établissement.
