Hotel de la Renaissance sur Caylus

We spent one night at this hotel and everything was impeccable from beginning to end. The welcome was warm, with very pleasant conversations with the owner, who was always attentive to her guests' well-being. The house has retained all its old-world charm, enhanced by tasteful decor where pastel blue serves as a unifying theme. The room was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, and dinner was refined and perfectly executed.

Mixed experience The hotel and restaurant were all very good. The evening meal was simple but tasty: soup, kebab, and chocolate fondant as the set menu. The room had a lovely view (despite a strange smell when you open the windows, but that's unrelated to the hotel) and very comfortable bedding. Breakfast isn't a buffet like you often see; you just ask for what you want, and it's served. The only thing we disliked happened during the payment process. In the course of a conversation with the owner, she shared her opinions on certain topics that should remain private and, in my opinion, were inappropriate. Despite this, the overall experience was good, and the value for money is reasonable.

We love this place...especially the restaurant and its cocktail bar. The owners are so cool...a son in the kitchen, a real chef...the second chef at the cocktail bar...and the parents are the conductors of the orchestra....
