We came to eat at lunchtime, no waiting to be served while several groups arrived We ate very well at an affordable price

Had an early supper at this brasserie. All ok for us. Friendly service, steak & fries and skate wings & veg cooked to our liking. Lots of families coming off the beach with children having a snack / drink. Ticked our box.

De visite à Arromanches nous avons commencé par un petit déjeuner, ensuite visite et nous y sommes retournés pour le midi. Pensez à réserver énormément de monde ! Notre serveur était un peu froid au départ puis il s'est détendu et était finalement très sympathique 😉 très bonne carte, les prix tout à fait raisonnables je recommande vivement

We had dinner, the scallop skewer and the mussels marinières were delicious. In addition, the waiter named Florian was very friendly and full of humor! We recommend +++

Restaurant superbly positioned almost facing the sea. A beautiful menu. We had lunch there, not slept.

Rooms are clean, bed is very comfortable but the room is small and the bathroom is too cramped for comfort.

This place was just okay. There’s free parking from 7pm-9am which is nice and the bed was pretty comfortable. If you took more than a 5 minute shower it would start to flood the bathroom floor. This hotel definitely needs updating- there’s no elevator no fans/air conditioning, decor is outdated and has that “old musty” feel to it. I asked one if the employees for an extra towel and he was very rude to me until a nicer man came and we figured it out. The town is super nice and the view to the beach was stunning. We didn’t eat here due to the terrible restaurant reviews and walking through the restaurant it just wasn’t appealing.

28/09/2024: Very warm welcome, kind. Certainly, the rolls are not exceptional but you can smell the butter and the homemade, and it's really good. Takeaway coffee and chocolate Viennese are also good. The only open bakery in Arromanches, the bad reviews are currently not justified in my opinion.

Brasserie Au 6 Juin

22/09/2024: This looked busy when we arrived in town around 13:00 so we went to the museum first then returned around 15:00. Only 2 other tables occupied at this time so we sat down straight away. Service was very friendly and quick. ordered fillet steak and beuf bourgignon and both were delicious - freshly cooked, hot and tasty. Great value, friendly service and lovely food - will definitely eat here again.
19/09/2024: Good place, very friendly staff, water, electricity, shower, sink, toilet, for the price of €14
