Hôtel des Pins, France sur Jullouville

We went to the restaurant and it was really great. The service and the food were excellent. I highly recommend it! ☺️

A coastal gem in Jullouville Spending a few days in Jullouville was a true pleasure, and this café was my daily savior. As an Italian, I admit, I'm quite picky when it comes to coffee, but their cappuccino was exceptional: perfectly textured milk, intense espresso, and the perfect temperature. The accompanying pastries were also excellent: delicate, fresh, and expertly crafted. Beyond the food, the decor is meticulously crafted, creating a warm, elegant, and incredibly welcoming atmosphere—perfect for a leisurely morning. Thanks in part to the incredibly kind and welcoming staff, this place quickly became the highlight of my stay. If you're near the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay, it would be a shame to miss breakfast here!

We had already been here for drinks and this time for a meal. The service was pleasant, but we were rather disappointed with the food; some vegetables with the fish would have been better than pasta. The Thai steak tartare was heated but lacked any particular flavor. The crème brûlée was runny; I mentioned it to the waiter, who offered a discount. The dining room is welcoming and warm with very attractive decor.

I've eaten here several times for work, but this time I was with my family: my partner and children. Excellent welcome, very pleasant staff who took the time to interact with the children. Despite it being peak season, we waited very little time. We had mussels and fries, which were delicious! I highly recommend this place :)

This restaurant is a real hidden gem... cozy atmosphere good wines and a small but excellent menu in the evening! Unfortunately, no soups!

My review concerns the HOTEL des PINS and not the restaurant, which we did not try. We paid €200 per night for the two-bedroom apartment and were extremely disappointed as the cleaning was inadequate (dust on some furniture, bird droppings on the window, a dirty refrigerator, etc.). The bathrooms are cramped, resembling those of a budget hotel, with stained walls. The hotel could use some renovations. There is no parking, but spaces are available on the surrounding streets. A few positive points: excellent location in the city center (close to the beach, shops, etc.), quiet despite the nearby restaurants. We had little interaction with the staff, but everything went smoothly. Poor value for money.

We highly recommend this restaurant; the food was very good, there were no long waiting times, and the service was friendly.
