First time in this hotel, I'll be back. Friendly and helpful staff. Just a mix-up the next morning to find out whether or not I had paid the tax. There was no communication, but no big deal. Very clean and quiet, which is a plus. The only thing missing is a kettle for instant coffee and tea in the room: for a 3-star hotel, that's the minimum, I think. My stay at the Hôtel des Trois Massifs was simply exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and professional staff, ready to assist with all my requests. The hotel's spa is also a highlight: a true haven of peace where I was able to relax after a long day of hiking. The hotel's location is ideal, both close to the main tourist attractions and in a peaceful setting, perfect for recharging one's batteries. We recently stayed at this hotel and had a great overall experience. Our room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the essentials. The breakfast was quite good, with plenty of options to choose from. We both found something we liked, and the croissants were especially delicious! The location is truly idyllic, surrounded by lush greenery and mountains in every direction. The views were stunning, and we really enjoyed the many hiking opportunities in the area. What impressed us the most was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. That left a strong and lasting impression on both of us.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel, my wife, and my 5-year-old son, and it's honestly not bad at all. Super friendly, attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, clean and pleasant outdoor pool with a beautiful garden, great breakfast, generous and original, and good coffee (that's important).
