A very warm (and friendly) welcome for 7 passing cyclists, with bike storage and a clothesline for our jerseys to dry, simple and hearty dinners followed by a pleasant dip in the pool. The only thing missing was draft beer... but Saint-Chinian is known for its excellent wine.
