Good morning,
My opinion concerns the restaurant at the Relais Champenois. I highly recommend, warm welcome and service. The meal is just excellent 👌🏼, the price is explained by the quality and quantity provided. At the end of the meal the chef comes to meet us to find out if everything went well. We appreciated the approach.
You can go there with your eyes closed.

A quiet and pleasant hotel. The staff is very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, although the decor was a little dated. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is OK, I would have appreciated some regional products.

Stayed for just one night. Go for a 'Superior' room. Room and facilities were good, great value for money. Staff very helpful indeed, and the food was excellent. A great dinner on a Monday - when many other restaurants are closed in France.

While visiting the Champagne region, we came across this address completely by chance where we decided to spend the night.
The cuisine is absolutely delicious, seasonal and sophisticated and the prices more than reasonable.
The desserts were also divine! Go there with your eyes closed!

Une jolie découverte, un accueil chaleureux et une proposition de plats fort sympathique. Amuse bouche excellent , une panacota fêta basilique . Des plats exquis et des desserts fait par la cheffe pâtissière remarquable.
Nous reviendrons dîner la prochaine fois.
La patronne qui est la cheffe pâtissière est charmante et nous avons bien discuté avec elle avant de quitter les lieux.

I am not in the habit of posting comments but the quality of the service provided by this establishment encourages me to do so.
Very warm welcome, very good service, good quality room and bedding. You can only be satisfied.
A little less for professionals, the wait at the restaurant when you are alone is regrettable but the quality of the dinner is there. Congratulations !
