Good evening everyone,
I am the manager of the restaurant Les Délices du Prado, responsible for managing our social media.
We are sorry that some of you had a negative experience at our establishment. We are not perfect, and we take criticism to heart in order to improve—that's what being a restaurateur is all about.
However, I must remind you that the restaurant is located very close to the Vélodrome stadium. On match nights, when the stadium hosts over 70,000 people, the restaurant staff does everything possible to ensure quality and speed of service.
When 50 people arrive at the same time at 11:30 p.m., a special system is put in place, but our employees are not robots, which is why there are sometimes mistakes or delays. It's part of the experience to want to eat before or after a match. It doesn't excuse everything, but it's something to consider.
I'd like to address the issue of the fruit flies; the comment was posted three times by the same group of people from three different Google accounts.
That day, we encountered a major problem that was beyond the restaurant's control, and we apologized for any inconvenience it may have caused. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to deal with situations that are difficult to manage and that can be challenging.
But the good news is, the problem is resolved :)
Furthermore, some comments with photos of couscous appear to be an error, as we have never delivered via Uber Eats.
The restaurant is only for dine-in or takeout.
We are open to criticism, and that has been our strength for years, but we feel compelled to correct certain comments from people with malicious intent.
In addition, we would like to thank all the customers who had a pleasant experience and shared it on the platform.
We will continue to improve to ensure your satisfaction, because the customer is king.
Have a lovely evening, and I hope to see you very soon at Les Délices du Prado.
