Hôtel Restaurant Au Lion Rouge sur Bartenheim

Everything is perfect at this hotel. However, I would like to make a comment about the fire alarm being triggered in the middle of the night, undoubtedly by a smoker. When in doubt, we evacuated. But ultimately, the staff didn't inform us that this was the cause, and everyone simply returned to their rooms. I wasn't at ease in my bed. Next time, a phone call or a visit from the staff to let us know it was just a false alarm would be appreciated. Thank you.

Very warm welcome, spotless rooms!

A very nice hotel located in the center of the village. Friendly welcome and good food at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is generous and varied. The only downside was that the room was very cold upon our arrival, as the radiators were off. Fortunately, we were able to use our mealtime to warm up the rooms.

Very pleasant stay in a nice hotel. Clean, well maintained and peaceful. The staff is very friendly. The recently refurbished room is very nice and comfortable. And the heating works very well (appreciated in cold winter...). Thanks and best continuation.

A well-run, clean, modern establishment, far removed from the anonymous chain hotels. Both breakfast and the set dinner menu are excellent and generous. If you're looking for a place to stay in the area, this is a great option. I, for one, will definitely return.

Passing through for the Christmas markets, we had a lovely overnight stay. The traditional Alsatian cuisine was excellent and the room spotless. Not to mention the kindness and service of the manager. I highly recommend this place for a stay or a stopover.

Quick and efficient service, truly delicious fried carp, and a very friendly owner who immediately puts you at ease. A great experience, I highly recommend it!

I arrived very late before my flight from Basel. Communication with the hotel directly was excellent, and I was able to sort out the key and payment. The hotel's main office wasn't as helpful, but the Lion Rouge staff were very accommodating! The hotel is newly renovated and furnished to a high standard. I was only a 5-minute walk from Adopark, which I can also recommend if you're looking for affordable and reliable parking with a shuttle service.
