The starter was so exquisite that I ordered two. The main course was like a little cloud; I could have stayed on it for hours longer. For dessert, I opted for the cheese, made with carefully sourced, high-quality products. Beyond the restaurant, the bar area was just as impressive, with a selection of homemade infused rums that was as surprising as it was enjoyable.
