Hotel Restaurant Chez Pierre sur Blodelsheim

I stayed at "Chez Pierre" in Blodelsheim for a few nights and was absolutely delighted! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I felt right at home. The food was a real highlight: both breakfast and dinner were incredibly delicious. Here you still get truly excellent quality at very fair prices. I had a wonderful time and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I'd love to come back!

We stayed there for a few days with some friends, on a recommendation. The rooms were very reasonably priced, clean, and thanks to the air conditioning, pleasantly cool, especially with the recent heatwave. The owner and staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast didn't offer an overwhelming selection, but it had everything you needed, all locally sourced. We were very satisfied. The cuisine is sensational. Even simple dishes were a feast for the eyes and the palate. The portions were generous, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor.

A lovely little hotel and restaurant in a quiet village not far from the German/French border. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped. The food in the restaurant is excellent. A real hidden gem!

The whole team was very busy preparing for two weddings… and yet the owners gave us a very warm welcome and served us so well… even though the restaurant was closed! A wonderful evening to remember this magnificent region of Alsace!

No complaints about the quality of the asparagus. However, €30 per kilo when this year there's an overproduction of asparagus (€27 last year) is starting to get expensive. Another thing. There were eight of us, and we ended up with four slices of ham, not one slice per person, plus other charcuterie... The wild boar meat, for eight people, was the same... A small bowl for eight... The mayonnaise was very light, in my opinion. Still good, but very thin. In Alsace, we're big eaters. We've been going there for years, but I don't know if I'll continue... and that's a shame!
