Lunch... a stopover in the region... everything went well... a small criticism: next to an andouillette, they offered Troyes andouillette as a main course? Otherwise, good.
The primary business is the restaurant, but rooms are still available. You'll receive a warm welcome from the very friendly and accommodating new owners. The restaurant is mainly open for lunch, but it's advisable to book in advance as it's very popular, and for good reason. Excellent value for money.
A restaurant that ticks all the boxes for quality service! The tripe is remarkably cooked and richly deserves the award bestowed by the Golden Tripe Chef! Highly recommended!
Located on the GRP loop of the bell founders' trail, this unpretentious hotel offers a welcoming stopover. I highly recommend it; it's worthy of the Camino de Santiago!
