Without doubt the best restaurant in town, and probably in the region. A prime location, a beautiful room and attentive service. Ask for Mumu who took great care of us. A big congratulations to the chef for the quality of the dishes, local and tasty. A more than exceptional quality/price ratio. If it was possible to give 6 stars we would have done so. Well done 🤩

For tourists strolling in Suisse Normande. We stopped there with our bikes. I recommend the restaurant.

A bike friendly hotel that we chose for a stopover during our bike ride. The staff are really lovely and caring. The rooms are simple but very quiet. We particularly appreciated being able to park our bikes safely in a closed room. We dined at the restaurant in the evening and really enjoyed the Saint Jacques stoup and the delicious piece of beef. The desserts were also delicious (apple tart and Belle Hélène pear). Thanks to the Chef, disciple of Auguste Escoffier! Breakfast consists of fresh bread and pastries. The only small remark is that it could be interesting to offer local products like those found at the Coing grocery store. It would be a real plus it seems to me. Thanks again to the staff for their warm welcome.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel restaurant du Commerce, un point de chute idéal pour randonner dans les beaux sentiers de la Suisse Normande. Le chef Jérôme et son équipe ont été très attentionnés et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les délicieux dîners et l’accueil très chaleureux

Nous avons trouvé une belle carte avec bcp de choix dans les divers menus. Cuisine généreuse avec de bons produits frais, félicitations au chef. Et mention spéciale pour le service à madame seule pour le service efficace et souriante. Nos 2 petits toutous étaient bienvenus.
