He always makes sure the food is piping hot, regularly checking to make sure everything is alright, etc.

I stopped by for a few days last week for the Christmas markets. It was a wonderful discovery. This establishment, with its ideal location, refined cuisine, quality rooms, good value for money, and warm welcome, has everything to meet expectations.
I highly recommend La Boîte à Sel, and I will definitely be returning next year!
