Hotel restaurant La Taverne sur Castelnau-De-Levis

Today, another Mother's Day experience. A huge thank you to Bruno Besson for the exceptional gastronomic day we spent together. The meal, as always, was delicious. Thank you again for this wonderful moment.

It's always a pleasure to have lunch at this restaurant. It's very welcoming, with a lovely menu featuring a variety of fish and meat dishes, not to mention the excellent surprise menu. And of course, there's the ever-popular cheese trolley and homemade desserts. A magnificent selection of excellent regional wines. Congratulations on your professionalism and thank you for your warm welcome and the attention you give to your customers.

La Taverne remains a truly wonderful place. The surprise menu was a real treat from start to finish (we don't usually reveal the surprise, but that sea bass with morels...!!). Kudos to Mr. Besson for his talent, his dedication to working with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and his ability to elevate them. Talent isn't always rewarded with a Michelin star, and yet...

Excellent food and a warm welcome. It was a great pleasure to dine at this restaurant. We will return.

An excellent stay at the Hotel Restaurant La Taverne, located in a charming village well worth a visit. The quiet, renovated room was very comfortable. The decor throughout the establishment combines sophistication and simplicity, creating a premium atmosphere. The meal was enchanting in its quality, presentation, and variety of flavors. The welcome was warm yet discreet. A highly recommended establishment.
