We had the pleasure of tasting some of Thierry's dishes, and we must admit that it was a delight, from starter to dessert. A simple but more than effective cuisine, a real treat. I can't wait to taste his spelled lamb and apricot risotto as well as his sauerkraut with a more than legendary reputation... But for that we'll have to wait until winter.

We spent 5 days in Sault, the Hotel Le Signoret was our home during this period. Family welcome, warm, clean room, meal in the workshop restaurant prepared with care, homemade, very good quality and generous. We enjoyed the holidays with the help of Nadine and Thierry. Too bad for the grumpy people and we will come back with pleasure. Good luck to the team. Don't change and take care of yourself. Sébastien, Anaïs and Christiane. Room 7

In the city center, very beautiful, completely renovated building, comfortable, functional, clean and bright rooms, all shops within walking distance, less than thirty minutes from Mont Ventoux. But the must is the welcome, the kindness and the good humor of the owner. Bravo and thank you, we will come back!

Superb experience at Signoret and the owners are great. The room is very clean, quite spacious, it feels like home, for our part it was a very pleasant stay. We will come back with pleasure

Hotel a little old but very clean. Sensitive to noise, please refrain because the rooms overlook a busy street and as they are not air conditioned difficult to sleep with the windows open.

15/08/2024: Price a little high for the "room" service from another time. The passage to Ventoux is profitable for them.
12/08/2024: I loved the owner. A beautiful, strong and charming French woman, totally captivating. I am telling this because she gives this place its vibes. A nice, little, clean French hotel in the Provence with Mt Ventoux directly there. Sault has beautiful Restaurants, little shops and we had the chance to visit the market. Hotel and ville are real gems.

01/09/2024: We spent a weekend at the Val de Sault estate for a family celebration. The area is peaceful and the rooms are very pleasant. The owners are adorable and accommodating. We also fell in love with the swimming pool and the restaurant, the renovation was very successful! Delighted to have found this place, which allowed us to meet in very good conditions.
26/08/2024: A hotel recently taken over by a young couple who have brought this exceptional site back to life. Excellent for peacefully enjoying an exceptional sporting or family moment... The table with local products is to be had 👌👌.. We recommend 👌👌
