Hotel Restaurant Perle des Vosges sur Muhlbach-Sur-Munster

Quality and spacious room. Beautiful location. But then what a welcome.... a lady of a certain age, I suppose the manager, with a friendliness that would scare people away... and also openly criticizes the other employees in front of customers, very shameful.. The breakfast really doesn't live up to the setting, nothing is homemade, low-end cheeses, orange juice too.

Decent hotel, tasty, fresh half-board meals, home-cooked food. Pleasant and relaxing view of the valley and the forest. Very good value for money. The only downside was that there was no shower gel in the shower dispenser. Staff available and cordial. Address to recommend despite everything.

Delicious dishes and really friendly waiters! A superb view… But on the other hand, the boss is really not welcoming, bordering on nasty... I felt very uncomfortable throughout the meal. It's unthinkable to act like that with customers... I think we didn't correspond to the standard of customer that Madame expects. Too bad we won't be going back! And I absolutely wouldn't give it good publicity either. Bravo to the staff who must be drooling...

Very nice hotel, nice hosts, good food, sauna/whirlpool with a great view... what more could you want, recommendation for cyclists and athletes!

Very nice hotel with very good spa, swimming pool and kitchen. Staff very service-oriented. They speak German as best they can when French, as in my case, is not possible.

Great discovery for a daily menu on a Friday lunchtime, 2 choices per dish (a sign of freshness) and very good value for money (26 euros for 3 dishes). A refined and quantitative cuisine, note the smile and the attention of the 2 servers. We will come back !
