Hotel Restaurant Stephane Nougier sur Saint-Pierre-De-Fursac

Not bad for a restaurant... but quite expensive for a place so remote... well, the meal is decent... refined meats... average vegetables... and average desserts too... but the prices are too high... and as for menu choices, there's not much... the staff is very small... why? So the person who waits on the table does everything... greets the customers... takes the payment and gives you your coat... first time I've ever seen that...

Excellent restaurant in a lovely atmosphere! The dishes are seasonal and delicious. It's well worth a trip to Fursac to sample the chef's cuisine.
