We come here regularly, the location is great and the staff are very friendly. The seafood is fresh and excellent.

The essentials for an oyster bar... in all its simplicity. The owner's son, who works there, is very helpful. You'll find the establishment in the shopping arcade behind the Spar supermarket.

My husband and I came almost every day (except Tuesday, our closing day) and ate oysters, clams, prawns, whelks, murex, and even a blue lobster. The setting is pleasant, as is the oyster shucker, who is flexible, available, and welcoming. The products are fresh, and it was a great pleasure for us every time. We will definitely return and recommend this place. We came back in June 2025: a must-visit. Perfect welcome; we particularly enjoyed the large prawns, and for me, the oysters, whelks, and lobster were excellent. Wishing the whole team a great season. During our two-week stay in Grau du Roi from June 19th, we had the pleasure of returning to the oyster bar several times. The welcome is always very warm, and the products are top-notch, including the blue lobster! 👍

I'd been dreaming of a seafood platter for months, and I stumbled upon L'Huiterie St Jean in Grau-du-Roi. I can tell you, I had a wonderful time! A pure moment of pleasure. I highly recommend it! Everything was perfect, from the platter to the gratinated mussels and gratinated razor clams. Thank you for this superb experience!
