The food wasn't exceptional, and it's in the same price range as the competition, but the service was top-notch!

Service déplorable. Une dame désagréable au téléphone. Livraison de la semaine dernière retardée de 1h30, aucun mot d'excuse ni geste commercial, aucun coup de fil pour prévenir. On commande de nouveau, cette fois on le fait à l'avance, et ben ils vous appellent pour vous dire : on livre à 18h au lieu de 18h40!! Je leur dis que cela ne me convient pas, on ne mange pas à 18h, elle me répond en forme de verdict: alors, j'annule la commande! Du jamais vu. On ne commande PLUS chez eux, c'est fini. Ils devraient quand-même revoir cette attitude envers les clients, car avec la crise sanitaire le secteur de restauration est déjà très fragilisé...

I got takeout; the sashimi, maki, and gyoza were excellent. It had been a while since I'd been there, but the quality is still there; I've never been disappointed.
