Absolutely amazing, insane! Just add a spoonful of rice to the chirashi and it'll be perfect.

Corrected and improved: Excellent, authentic, home-style cooking. The ingredients are high quality, and the karaage is divine (I've never found anything as good in Japan). Far from the tourist crowds, this place has become my neighborhood go-to. I sincerely believe they make some of the best ramen in Paris.

First and foremost, I want to emphasize the excellent quality of the food. I had been there before and received superb service from the owner, but I feel compelled to share my experience from yesterday so that it doesn't happen again to other customers... We came for a romantic dinner before my partner left for a few days. We were greeted by a young waiter, perhaps related to the owners, as he was Japanese. He offered us two tables: one by a window, but not yet cleared, and another right in front of the till and the stairs leading to the restrooms. Hoping to have a pleasant evening, we chose the one by the window, explaining that we weren't in a hurry and could wait while he finished what he was doing and cleared the table. This young waiter then started grumbling in a low voice in Japanese while clearing the table roughly and giving us dirty looks. Then he grabbed some menus and blatantly threw them onto the table where we were waiting... Needless to say, I was furious. Wanting to have a pleasant evening, I restrained myself from throwing the menus back at him and making a scene, and the rest of the dinner went well, but I think that was the last time I'd ever set foot in that place. Competition is fierce in Paris, and being a waiter is a job that contributes to an establishment's reputation. Having done the job myself, I found this behavior quite damaging to the restaurant's image.

Finding a Japanese restaurant run by Japanese people is practically impossible, especially outside the Pyramids district. Here, you'll be immersed in a truly authentic Japanese atmosphere, and the food is absolutely delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed it, and 24 hours after eating the salmon, I can confirm that I'll be back for the same thing!

Very good, all homemade. Lunch with a drink and dessert is €25 per person. My first time trying real wasabi and delicious salted sauce.
