Wow! The store was incredibly well-organized, and the staff were available throughout. The sales area was very spacious and busy. The biggest plus was the Ikea app. We scanned our items as we went, which meant we didn't have to queue at the checkout because there were dedicated lanes for those who had already scanned their products. I highly recommend it!

We went to the Ikea restaurant this evening, the one right after the checkouts. We only have one thing to say: the lady who served us was incredibly kind! Everything was served hot and with a big smile! She's wonderful, thank you so much!

Always a good experience in a well-organized store. However, the new hot drinks system is truly disappointing. On the other hand, Clarisse's service in the cafeteria leaves much to be desired: no smile, no friendliness, and an unpleasant attitude. A minimum of courtesy and professionalism would make the experience far more enjoyable.
