I really enjoyed my IKEA. Clean and organized. A big thank you to the person who worked the food at the hot dog stand downstairs. Pleasant, efficient, attentive, and generous—that's exactly why I took the time to leave a review. I highly recommend it.

The Ikea store doesn't disappoint (as always). The service at the restaurant on the ground floor is excellent. The chef is very friendly and attentive. I recommend it.

IKEA remains what it is, no problem there. However, the self-checkouts are already a mess on a weekday, and I'm being polite; I can only imagine what it's like on Saturdays. Since when do we have to scan everything? Do you want us to clean up too? With a full cart, the boxes and lids separated, it's simply unmanageable, and on top of that, when the barcodes don't scan... In short, it took 20 minutes to pay; I almost abandoned the cart and left. So, management, instead of trying to save money at our expense, hire some staff and put humans at the checkouts. You'll see, it's nice; it creates a human connection.

No complaints, except for a slightly long wait at the Exchanges and Returns counter (23 minutes). Very positive points: immediate refund, clearly marked dedicated counter, only one but courteous and accommodating receptionist despite the queue.

15/01/2026: This was our second visit to Comptoir des Frangines. The first time, a romantic dinner, was perfect, and this week, a family visit with our two-year-old son, was another delight! The place is warm, clean, and beautiful. The staff were absolutely fantastic, both with us and with our little one. The meal was a real treat! Everything was perfect, and the three of us will gladly return. It's rare to find restaurants where everything is so child-friendly and everyone is so kind.
