Ikea sur Vedene

We love it... You can find everything at great prices, it's fantastic. The staff are very good, plus you can even eat there, which is so convenient...

Large, well-organized, clean parking lot. Restaurant was unremarkable, standard IKEA fare.

We live in Montpellier and have bought a house near Avignon. Customers of the store for 30 years, we went to Ikea Avignon yesterday to look at kitchens and appliances. At the entrance, a very friendly security guard told us that our two Chihuahuas, in a stroller with the front grille closed, couldn't come in. She listened to our arguments: it wasn't possible to leave them alone all day in Montpellier, nor in the car with the heatwave, and that my husband and I had to make a decision together. Thank you for her patient listening; she called a very kind manager who said that only animals on the floor couldn't enter, but that our two dogs in this situation were accepted. (And our Chihuahuas were able to enjoy two hours of air conditioning.) Thank you to these two people for their kindness and understanding. This is not the case at Ikea Montpellier, where the security guards are pit bulls (and even this dog is nicer) who threw us out like criminals. We will therefore continue to be loyal customers of this store in the Vaucluse region. 🙂

A slight disappointment at the restaurant checkout, where the otherwise very charming cashier informed me that the family card now only entitles you to one free coffee (definitely not a double espresso!)... a real shame when there are two of you. IKEA Montpellier has stuck with the old system, which is surprising. On the other hand, the employee on the ground floor kindly gave me a glass of water so I could take some medication. A very positive point in my eyes.

A good store, but a bit pricey.

A huge thank you to Nicolas (in the wardrobe department) for taking the time to find a solution for my wardrobe. There was an 80x40 cm deep unit available on the website, but it was no longer in stock. I highly recommend him. He was very friendly. Thank you so much.

A large, clean, and tidy IKEA with helpful staff. We see a product on the shelf, and the sales assistant tells us there are plenty more downstairs… but no such luck. Perhaps they're in the stockroom? A great IKEA, but with a few things that could be improved in any case.

Order picked up this morning at Ikea Avignon via click and collect. Perfect. No complaints. Plenty of parking available, and our order was given to us quickly once we announced our arrival via the intercom.

A very spacious store with a huge selection of furniture, accessories, and home goods. The different sections are well laid out, making it easy to find decorating ideas. Prices are generally attractive, and there's something for every budget. The layout is well designed, although it can seem a bit long when you're looking for a specific item. Despite this, IKEA remains an excellent store for furnishing and decorating your home, offering very good value for money.
