The welcome was cold upon arrival. The main courses and desserts were good or very decent, and served without too much of a wait.
After dessert, the waitresses made it clear that you had to pay and leave, while tidying up the chairs and tables around you.

A very pleasant setting and cuisine; the various dishes offered are very tasty. Special mention goes to the enormous profiterole, which I never miss for dessert. Note: they offered a gesture of goodwill after a panna cotta didn't meet my friend's expectations.
The service was a little impersonal depending on the server, but generally discreet.

While passing through Carrières-sur-Seine, we stumbled upon "Il Vaporetto." A wonderful discovery! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional! The homemade, artisanal cuisine was delicious and very generous.
Highly recommended.

Italian restaurant on the banks of the Seine. You really feel like you're in the countryside, and the pizzas are fantastic! Be sure to ask for a table outside. Perfect for a family lunch or dinner.

The food is really very good and the ingredients are high quality. We thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas and really appreciated the terrace on a summer evening.
However, please teach the young waitress to smile; it's depressing to be served by someone who clearly doesn't want to be there... It spoiled our experience, which is a real shame.
