Food taste and quality were average at best. They felt a little dry despite the sauce/gravy. Service is decent once you are able to get the attention of the server. The place has 2 stories. Felt very french and cafeteria-like. The tables are no more than 3-4 inches apart.
Given that it's very affordable, the volume of people coming, you really can't ask for more. It's an experience nonetheless since this place had great reviews from 31k people, just neither good nor bad.
Maybe just a check to say been there done that.

Excellent place to eat, the dishes are incredible. They have typical French dishes such as escargot and onion soup, which is incredible, I really recommend trying it, the dessert is incredible, I really recommend the place. The most incredible thing of all is the price!! Something very strange in Paris.

Considering the costs of Paris, this chain does not disappoint expectations, we ate very well and spent little, despite the queue the organization manages the enormous stress of a large user in the best possible way (the staff at Pigalle is even more reactive than that of Republic ). It's a tourist place yes, but it's worth it!

There was a little bit of a line but sooo worth it. Recommended to us by two different friends, very glad we decided to come. Efficient service, generous portions, such fantastic food. Will absolutely come back next time we are in Paris!

A very good value-for-money place! If it’s your first time in Paris this is the place to go. They have very traditional French food for a very affordable price.
Everything tasted good and it’s crazy that those dishes were so cheap! Especially considered the taste and the portions.
The line is pretty long so I highly suggest reserving a table. Otherwise, you have to wait between 30 to 50 minutes.
The service was quite fast and unfortunately, since the place is so busy, the waiters don’t have much time to entertain the guests and they always look in a hurry. But otherwise, the place is beautiful and all the staff seemed professional. Highly recommended!

Excellent place, prices are very good for this location in Paris, ambience is nice and food was great. It keeps a local flare they we really loved. Our waiter was great! Thanks!
