Bouillon Pigalle was also good, and the food was enjoyable overall. However, compared to Bouillon République, it was slightly less impressive. The quality was still solid, but just a step below. The service felt a bit disorganized at times, as the waiters seemed slightly overwhelmed. Still, it’s a good spot, but I would personally prefer Bouillon République.

If you don’t reserve at least two weeks in advance, don’t expect to be seated within 45 minutes. That said, the food is honestly unbeatable for the price. The authentic French bouillon cuisine, paired with the ambience, creates a quintessential Parisian experience. No matter what you order, it’s going to be good.

07/02/2026: It's such a shame more people don't eat there. I went for lunch today and had the set lunch menu. It was delicious, peaceful, and perfect for a lunch break. I highly recommend it. And I had the fish biryani, which was excellent, especially considering I'm not usually a big fan of fish.
