Amazing food for an affordable price but be prepared for poor service. It makes sense considering how many people they serve and the fast paced environment, but our waiter forgot to even bring bread to our table at the start of the meal. We ordered our 3 mains and our dessert altogether right away to save time. Our mains came very quick but dessert didn’t arrive until 30-40 mins after we finished eating and only after we flagged down the manager (our waiter completely disappeared). Still, incredible food, and an iconic establishment in Paris. For 3 mains, 1 dessert, and 2 drinks our bill came to 37€50!

Everything is excellent, French dishes at affordable prices.
There's a queue, but the restaurant is very busy, and it's a bit crowded.
The atmosphere is family-friendly.

Bouillon Pigalle was also good, and the food was enjoyable overall. However, compared to Bouillon République, it was slightly less impressive. The quality was still solid, but just a step below.
The service felt a bit disorganized at times, as the waiters seemed slightly overwhelmed. Still, it’s a good spot, but I would personally prefer Bouillon République.

If you don’t reserve at least two weeks in advance, don’t expect to be seated within 45 minutes. That said, the food is honestly unbeatable for the price. The authentic French bouillon cuisine, paired with the ambience, creates a quintessential Parisian experience. No matter what you order, it’s going to be good.
