Very nice. The service is very pleasant.
The food is high quality.
My only complaint is the noise level in the dining room. Very noisy.
But it was a Saturday night and the restaurant was full. In short, I'll gladly come back.

It's Monday, July 13th, 8 PM. My wife and I were passing through Paris and had decided to have dinner at this restaurant. We were very disappointed by the waitress's service.
The waitress's lack of smile and her sour attitude made for a truly unpleasant experience. We asked her several times to bring us salt and pepper, and it was difficult to get them promptly. Furthermore, when we asked her for extra ice, she only offered it to us after we had barely received our food.
I will not be returning.

I love Mexican food, the quality of the tacos, burritos, and guacamole is excellent, and I enjoy them every time. The service is quick, the servers are friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant; you can watch football matches and have a great evening with friends.

We celebrated our dear colleague's birthday at Indiana Café République, and we had a truly exceptional time.
The welcome was impeccable from the moment we arrived. The waitresses were smiling, warm, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout the evening. The table service was truly outstanding: quick, professional, and always with a smile.
The dishes were delicious, generous, and beautifully presented.
A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and good cheer. We had a wonderful evening and will gladly return. I recommend this establishment without hesitation!
