Bland, overpriced, noisy, and has a service fee? No thanks. Reply to comment: Thank you for your response. I am particularly surprised by the tone adopted in response to customer feedback. It would have been far more professional to acknowledge that an experience can be perceived differently, even without sharing that opinion, rather than immediately responding defensively. If, as you claim, there is no service fee at your establishment, a response aimed at understanding or an internal review would undoubtedly have been more appropriate than implying an inaccuracy on my part, especially several months later. My opinion simply remains an honest reflection of my experience: a dish I found bland, a particularly noisy atmosphere, and a final bill that contributed to my dissatisfaction. The way an establishment responds to criticism often says as much as the experience itself.

I'm discovering South Indian cuisine (although they also serve the more well-known North Indian dishes) and it's delicious. The service and the food are perfect.

We had a fantastic time at Spice Palatte! Delicious food and fast service, nothing to complain about. We'll be back.

The food was very good! The naan was perfect, in our opinion. The place is rather dark because the tables are in the basement, so there are no windows. Overall, very good, just the rice portions seemed a little small to me.

Don't hesitate to venture down the alley to Spice Palace; you won't regret it! The staff is welcoming, the basement dining room is charming, and the food is hearty and delicious. A place well worth the detour.

Chef Das & Sundar are best chef in Toulouse for Indian Food as well as manager Anitta & Tina too are very calm, polite and best suggester of pure vegetarian food without egg... Overall good experience.

A very good experience at this Indian restaurant. The welcome was warm and the waitresses very friendly, ready to speak to us in English if needed. The Indian food was delicious, with hearty dishes served with rice. The desserts were also excellent. Highly recommended!

The meal was very good, but it left a bad taste in our mouths to see that our takeaway order wasn't complete… Two naans were missing, but we were still charged for them… So, double-check your baskets before you leave!
