Inévitable sur Nancy

As usual, everything was perfect: the welcome, the atmosphere, the wines, and the food! The dishes were as delicious as the descriptions given by one of our guests, and we learned a great deal from him about the culinary context of the time of good King Stanislas. Bravo to the duo who masterfully run this restaurant, which has become a Nancy institution! Bravo also to the young woman who so kindly took care of part of the service!

I was eager to introduce your remarkable establishment to others, and my companion was equally charmed by the exquisite dishes and the friendly service. Your recommendations, particularly regarding the wines, allowed us to taste a regional vintage that we likely wouldn't have chosen on our own, and which pleasantly surprised us. A wonderful confirmation and a delightful discovery.

I went for lunch on Sunday and was very pleased with both the food and the service. The servers are extremely attentive and do their best to explain the dishes and help you make your choice. The food is absolutely delicious; the main course is very generous and hearty. The baba au vin de tokaji with saffron ice cream was the highlight of the meal. I will definitely return when I am back in Nancy.

A truly wonderful discovery! We shared a refined and sublime birthday meal, with dishes boasting surprising and harmonious flavors. The portions were generous, pleasing to both the eye and the palate! The staff was very attentive and friendly. The owner was very welcoming, explaining the history of the dishes (especially the artichoke nage: a real treat). The restaurant is located on a pedestrian street in the old town. We will gladly return to share another delicious meal at the table of King Stanislas!
