Fine cuisine and always well-chosen wines

For several years now, Interfabric has been my go-to lunch spot. They consistently offer high-quality, seasonal, and healthy products that are also delicious and flavorful—a balance that isn't always easy to achieve. Thanks to your cuisine, I've even learned to love and appreciate a wide variety of vegetables! There are always wonderful discoveries on the plates, original combinations, and carefully crafted flavors. The team is truly charming, welcoming, and attentive: you feel right at home. A special mention goes to your vegetable fritters (and their always-delicious sauce!), which are a delight every time. Thank you for all your hard work, research, creativity, and expertise. It's a real pleasure to return again and again.

A mixed experience. The dishes are certainly tasty, but don't expect them to be too hungry. The pasta tastes like it came straight from the supermarket package, which is a bit of a letdown when the bill arrives: €23 for a starter, main course, and coffee. The service is friendly, but that's not enough.
