Delicious attieke with fish and tuna pastels; there's a wait, but it's 100% worth it! Can't wait to go back!

The portion is generous. The food is acceptable but not exceptional.

€82.83 order (Uber Eats subscriber) on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 6:55 PM. Received at 7:30 PM. The pastels were missing!!!! In the €12 mixed tray, we would have appreciated a call from the restaurant or something! We had ordered several times via Uber Eats. Two out of three times it's overcooked, hard, and dry, with different flavors each time. This time it was to please my family, and thankfully it was well-cooked and tasty. I think you should never order late either; it's never good. The white rice was a bit overcooked, though. The thieb, for once, had truly perfect rice; it's a shame there was only one tiny cabbage leaf and a quarter of a carrot!!! There are fewer and fewer vegetables with each order, and it's already borderline. The foutou was better than usual. The yassa was a bit bland. It feels like I get different chefs with every order; it's crazy and disappointing. So this time I'm leaving a review. I've traveled abroad and I really hope you find a good balance because these are fantastic dishes. They need to be showcased properly.

The welcome was very warm and the food was truly excellent. We ordered the whole fish with cassava and the vegetarian dish. Both were delicious. We even enjoyed a nice bottle of wine to accompany our dinner.

We would like to warmly congratulate the chef at Mama Africa restaurant for her professionalism and talent. Exceptionally kind, she gave us a remarkable welcome. From the service to the quality of the food, everything was absolutely perfect. A truly flavorful and welcoming experience that we recommend without hesitation.

One of my best experiences, having lived in Marseille my whole life, I highly recommend it to anyone passing through. The owner truly lives up to her nickname; I haven't received such a warm welcome in a very long time. The food was perfect, I ate very well, and it was exactly what I came here for. I'll be back!

This is our second visit after three years, and it's definitely the best African restaurant in France. We've never found anything better in Paris. Thank you, Mama!
