03/05/2026: A superb discovery in Marseille! La Poule Noire is located on a quiet little street; from the moment you step inside, you'll receive a professional and warm welcome. We dined on the small upstairs terrace. The food was flawless. For €54, you get a complete menu including an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. The menu offers a varied selection, and the flavors are cleverly combined to create a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

It's varied, rich, and vibrant thanks to the diversity and freshness of the ingredients. The authentic atmosphere of the dining room, located in the basement, complements the dishes and provides a truly immersive experience, evoking the cuisine of the Middle East, with all its Armenian and Lebanese flavors… It's well worth the trip. You're welcomed by attentive, kind, and incredibly friendly staff. I must admit, my visits have become less and less frequent…

The outdoor area is inviting, and the chairs are very comfortable. The terrace overlooks a pedestrian zone set back from the Old Port, so it's relatively peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding traffic. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back on our next trip to Marseille 😊
