Besides the fact that Lebanese cuisine is the best in the world, this restaurant perfectly captures the flavors of the country. Fresh, homemade products. Special mention for the arayess and baklava. Thank you to Layal and his team for their warm welcome; I highly recommend making the trip to Saint-Gaudens to discover this gem.

02/02/2026: A very friendly restaurant. The portions were more than generous. The local produce was excellent. The service was efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend it.
29/01/2026: A truly memorable experience at L’Étable! As soon as I saw the duck breast on the grill, my mind was made up… I’d never seen a duck breast that size, at least twice the size of the ones I’d get at the butcher’s! The lamb chops are just as impressive: two are enough to generously fill the plate. The homemade fries are simply perfect, crispy and delicious. The staff is incredibly attentive, taking care of every detail; you don’t even have to ask them for a glass of water or anything else. In short, you’ll want to become a regular customer right away! Thank you for this exceptional experience.
