Une entrée subtile homard, tourteau, riz citronné et vinaigré .. fraîcheur absolue, mélange des consistances .. excellente
Les pinces en bisque sur œuf parfait . Très bonnes
Et la queue fumée en esclade avec carotte confite
Et j ai craqué pour un délicieux et aérien soufflé au chocolat et à l armagnac..

We had a good time there despite the negative points on the service which frankly undermined the meal.
As for the positive points, the setting facing the sea as well as the delicate and local food.
As for the points that frankly darken this picture.
1. We were surprised by the lack of welcome when we arrived
2. We were directly placed at a table outside without asking us if it suited us despite the very cool wind.
3. We had specifically requested bottles at a certain price, before discovering with great surprise that the ones brought to us were 2x to 3x more expensive.
4. To conclude, the service having really not been at the level of a star, we wanted to express our disappointments to the head of the room, who surprised us with his satirical air when we made our remarks to him. This one does not do justice to the other servers who were very pleasant despite their young age.

A symphony of flavors without a single false note: the welcome is warm, the service smiling and professional, and obviously the cuisine, perfect, which unfolds, from the amuse bouche (surprising watermelon gazpacho, with a welcome freshness), to lobster (tasty and soft - perfection!), then dessert (chocolate soufflé, memorable) a score that is both inventive and totally mastered and leaves you wanting only one thing: to come back! Congratulations to the entire brigade in the kitchen and in the dining room for this remarkable commitment.

After having visited Crêt Place 4 or even 5 times and each time having the lobster menu, we found a drop in quality and service to the extent that the dishes were served to us more than lukewarm!
For wines... it hits hard!
Finally, the chef can also come and greet his customers at the same time as those who are part of his relationships….!!!!
