20/12/2025: I am delighted with the wonderful welcome and the quality of the food since the restaurant reopened. Congratulations on the new dishes we've discovered, which bring us sunshine and good cheer. I wish you every success in your new venture at the Hôtel Saint-Pierre, and I hope the residents of Mézidon will appreciate your cuisine and dedication. We are so lucky to have you.
