Fantastic experience at this oyster bar on the shores of Hossegor Lake. We arrived just before closing time and received an incredibly warm welcome, with smiles and genuine kindness. Fresh and delicious oysters, a beautiful setting by the lake. This place is definitely worth a visit, both for the quality of the products and the service.

Magical spot! Chez Jerome is a dreamy “cabane” on the Hossegor lake shore, where fresh oysters meet impeccable service and a charming atmosphere. Lake views are stunning, and staff are friendly and attentive. Don't miss the Hossegor oysters, grown in the lake itself! Very recommendable!

The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. Service was quick. Located right on the lake, bathed in sunshine. The oysters were exceptional, expertly shucked. A lovely local wine paired perfectly with the seafood.

A wonderful welcome, extremely kind, we had a wonderful time, and we enjoyed a lot of delicious food. A special mention goes to the welcome and the recommendations for nice restaurants in the area.
