In the kitchen, from the amuse bouche to the dessert everything was impeccable. Flavors and freshness of the ingredients were great and the plating beautiful. 03/07/2024: Following the positive reviews, we decided to test this restaurant located on the edge of the dike in Bray-Dunes. Welcome with a smile, pleasant setting although an additional touch of modernity and cocooning would be welcome in our opinion. Menu at 64 euros with very good wine pairing, choice between several dishes, freshness of the products, beautiful presentation, sufficient quantity on the plate. The starter with salmon, a pure delight! Pep in the mouth! Excellent value. If there was to be a downside, it was a bit of time which we found to be long to clear between dishes. Otherwise other than that, we enjoyed this restaurant and we will come back.

26/06/2024: Excellent restaurant. Everything was very good from starter to dessert and very nicely presented. It was a friend from La Panne who took us there, she has been a long-time customer. I would happily return there during my next stay!

21/06/2024: We know a little about starred restaurants, with this one we are approaching perfection! Beautiful view of the ocean (small downside, the parking lot should be behind) The welcome is warm and emphatic without being stuffy. The restaurant, the apotheosis! The dishes are as beautiful as they are exquisite. We chose the tasting menu, 8 inventive dishes accompanied by delicious sauces and so beautifully presented. In short, an essential address to delight the taste buds.

20/06/2024: The sea in all its forms! A gourmet, creative 5-course menu dedicated to the sea in a large room where the tables are well spaced and whose bay windows allow you to admire...the sea! In terms of taste, the chef presents the sea in all its forms with talent and passion! From the appetizers, a little iodized dip with 4 oysters which cultivate their difference (sorbet, jelly, marinière, and curry). -As a first starter, a skinned spider, which goes perfectly with a bavaroise with broccoli and citrus fruits. - As a 2nd starter, we're ecstatic about a low-temperature carrot topped with thin strips of mackerel, all accompanied by a fromage blanc with smoked pike roe to die for - A haddock risotto combined with a langoustine carpaccio and an espuma of parmesan... - And as the last verse of the ode to the sea, a St Pierre steak, ideally cooked, which contrasts perfectly with artichoke and asparagus! As a Breton, finding essential seafood products in improbable but successful combinations and combinations gave me an amazing culinary experience! 19/07/2024: i don't usually re-review restaurants but this merits an exception. This unpretentious little restaurant offers exceptional oysters, mussels, and other shellfish. On one of our recent visits, we took a Belgian who volunteered that the mussels served here were the best she had ever eaten. No-one argued. They were. [Apologies to Tina Turner for stealing her title phrase.]

01/07/2024: A hassle-free atmosphere, for the customer's pleasure, and yet the quality of the products and the presentation of the dishes largely live up to the promises. The proximity of the kitchen, all in transparency, is an additional advantage. Splendid terrace and view, despite the unpredictable weather that evening. This wasn't our first dining experience at L'Eden, and there will be more for sure.
