28/07/2026: An excellent restaurant we discovered today! We came to celebrate two birthdays and try the set menu. The small restaurant is located in the cathedral courtyard, a truly unique setting! Right in the city center, yet very quiet and cool! We had lunch while admiring the ancient sculptures and stelae around us. I was apprehensive at first when I saw the menu: I don't like fish, carrots, or matcha… 😅 In the end, my plates went back to the kitchen empty, spotless because it was so delicious! Refined, exquisite cuisine… and beautifully presented. A real treat, a perfectly balanced blend of flavors that surprises and allows us to discover and appreciate the ingredients in a new way. Even the Kir, Rivesaltes, Maury, and wine were delicious. Thank you for this wonderful experience, and congratulations to the talented team in the kitchen.

17/07/2026: Craving shellfish and a refreshing drink, we stepped inside La Cabane, in the heart of Tabarka's port. The spot is magical: an authentic waterfront terrace, oyster beds stretching as far as the eye can see, and that incredible light on the Thau Lagoon. And in our glass, the local gem: a perfectly chilled Marseillan made with Noilly Prat. It's smooth, subtly aromatic, and evokes the South and the local terroir from the very first sip. The welcome is incredibly warm, and the oysters are absolutely fresh. We instantly disconnected. A little extra tip: Take the time to stroll around Tabarka's port. This is the authentic Marseillan, the producers' side. And if you want to discover the secret of this cocktail, venture over to the Maison Noilly Prat on the main port: the perfect combination for a 100% local experience!

13/07/2026: Seafood exactly where you want to eat it — right next to the local fisheries and with the focus firmly on what comes fresh from the sea. Oysters, mussels and other shellfish, all fresh and served exactly as they should be: simple, delicious and without unnecessary fuss. Add a good drink, very reasonable prices and the relaxed atmosphere, and you have the perfect seafood experience. This is exactly why we love coming to this part of France. We will definitely be back!

07/07/2026: We had an excellent evening last night with this new menu. Everything was superb, from the appetizer to the dessert: fresh ceviche with a delicate emulsion and bursts of flavor, melt-in-your-mouth yuzu salmon, perfectly seared tuna, and desserts that were simply divine (it reminded me of my grandmother's strawberry cake 😍). A huge thank you to the entire team who welcomed and served us. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this restaurant.

29/06/2026: We had some amazing oysters, spectacularly large, at a very reasonable price. 12 number 1 oysters (the largest) for 18 euros. Excellent service. We'll definitely be back!

Each dish is as beautiful as it is delicious. The ingredients are of the highest quality, the flavors are perfectly balanced, and the portions are generous. Special mention for the octopus: probably one of the best I've ever eaten. Incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The presentation of the dishes is sublime; every detail is meticulously crafted. You can taste the passion and expertise in every bite. It had been a very long time since we'd had such a wonderful meal in a restaurant. This is a place that truly deserves to be discovered, and we would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!
