After discovering Georgi'au, his excellent Italian restaurant, we had the pleasure of dining at Chef Jérôme Nutile's brasserie in April and May, for Mother's Day and several birthdays, including my daughter's. Each time, it was a wonderful family moment. The cuisine is a beautiful tribute to our region: fresh, seasonal produce, enhanced with precision and great care. Each dish reveals the authentic flavors of the local area. My daughter received special attention for her birthday, making the experience even more memorable. The chef, a Michelin-starred chef who is nonetheless so approachable, takes the time to greet each table with a kind and personalized word. The entire team is also remarkable: smiling, attentive, and professional. It's a place where you feel at ease, enhanced by refined, sincere, and accessible cuisine. All that remains is for us to discover his fine-dining restaurant… which we will do without hesitation! A huge thank you to the chef and his entire team for these wonderful moments.
