We go there mainly for the atmosphere; the welcome is always fantastic, the decor incredible—no need to go all the way to Disney! As for the food, it's not gourmet, but you know that when you arrive! We adapt, and everyone is always happy with their family evening. We go two or three times a year. We just celebrated my son's 8th birthday there, and he got music, a candle, and a parade from the staff! He loved it! 👌

We had lunch there today; it had been years since our last visit. Well, we won't wait so long next time! Everything was perfect from start to finish: the welcome, the service (a team of young people, each as lovely as the next), the speed, the food, the entertainment, and the manager's kindness. The quality has definitely dropped. I've been coming here for several years, and I used to love it, but lately I've noticed that the quality of the service and the food isn't the same. A year or two ago, I always ordered the pulled pork burger. I saw it was back on the menu, so I was happy and ordered it. Total disappointment! The pork wasn't even shredded, just three pieces of pork practically fighting each other, very little sauce, it was dry, and there was a tiny lettuce leaf and a slice of onion, all served with 10 fries. The service is fast, too fast even. In 30 minutes, they rush you through your appetizer, main course, and dessert. You have to keep up. For dessert, I ordered a Nutella waffle. I agree that Nutella is expensive, but they're being stingy. They didn't even give me the equivalent of a teaspoon of Nutella. If you're going to be profitable, you've got to be stingy...

For young and old! Between the show and the delicious burgers, I recommend it for children and adults alike. The decor is worthy of Disney :) Special mention for the excellent service!

Pleasant atmosphere despite the limited quantity of products

The food took a little while to arrive. The fish and chips and lasagna were very good.

Great meal, but we drove an hour to see their show, which we were really looking forward to, and in the end, there was a technical problem, no show... Not a big deal, we can understand, but no gesture of goodwill, or even a small gift for the children who left in tears... what a shame.

A place that's always pleasant to visit!

Just kidding, Joe wasn't wearing Crocs at all; I think he was wearing cowboy boots. The place is great and we ate well. The saloon staff were very friendly. 👌
