These vegetarian patties are delicious. Ginger, turmeric, herbs, and a variety of vegetables. Nothing better for a quick bite.

Whole milk, semi-wholemeal flour, PDO butter… in short, a blend of quality ingredients, with a touch of love and Monsieur's smile, resulting in delicious crêpes. Thank you again.

For many years, I have enjoyed Joseph's sandwiches and, from time to time, his crepes. Everything is delicious, and whether it's the sandwiches or the crepes, everything is served generously.

Il Etait Un Square

29/09/2026: My boyfriend and I had dinner there during our vacation in Paris. The sandwiches were excellent.
28/09/2026: Honestly, a friend took me here saying it was supposed to be one of the best burgers in Paris. I don't know if it's one of the best, but it's really incredibly good, well-presented, homemade, and the service is impeccable. Friendly, helpful, and quick. Good value for money. Well done!
