The tacos are amazing. Whether it's the cheesy ones, the wraps, or the bowls, they're all really delicious. However, the staff and service leave much to be desired. I've been ordering for months, and with my last delivery, there was a preparation error (the bag was properly stapled). The person I spoke to on the phone really tried to rectify the mistake. Even though they couldn't fix it, I appreciated their effort and the call back. Today, I placed another order, and before the delivery, I called the restaurant to ask them to double-check everything before handing it to the driver. It wasn't the same person I spoke to last time. The person I spoke to wasn't very welcoming, questioned my previous experience, and hung up on me. If you want to eat good tacos, this is the place to go. Just cross your fingers that you get staff who have at least a minimum sense of service.
